About Integretas
Started in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2005, we are small in size but big on ideas, innovation and integrity. We share a solid history with each other and our clients and love what we do and being a team that delivers. We have an all hands on deck approach working on both external and internal projects. The core team itself has over a combined 75 year of business, system, technology and customer relationship skills.
We talk to the client, listening mostly, understanding needs for change or new. Our focus is on listening and getting IT.
Translate discussions, communication to documents so we can read, review and revise.
We write these up in succint scope and requirements documents, determine if an engagement needs an iterative agile development approach, a SDLC waterfall, or just resourcing client projects with the right people.. Share our thoughts... we review Scope, resources, approach, architecture, tools and technologies of the client or customer. If necessary spend hours on functional reviews with key business owners, data owners, data custodians (usually IS), project management and if necessary customer's customers. Make it formal and apply techniques of PMI, write up a formal Statement of Work with key components such as scope, phases, timelines, resource types, architecture, requirements and delivery method. Share again with review of the SOW with the client, cost the project, determine Quality and contract style and get approvals for budgets, timelines and scope. Setup the environment, for iterative or waterfall we install the tools, technologies or reuse our resources so we recreate the client's environment from a To-be perspective. Start.... all hands on deck for the modeling sessions, process analysis, use cases, QA plans, User Interface design, data models, infrastructure. Deliver... all software, processes, reporting, data and environment are tested and passed before deployment readiness for the client. We continue to share everything that is happening, weekly and with design and CRP Sessions.
